Customer Support & Troubleshooting

We're here to help you get the most out of your automated dust-collection system. Whether you're setting up new components, expanding your shop, or solving a technical issue, our support team makes it simple to get answers fast.

Start With the Basics: What System Are You Using?
To help you quickly, we may ask which components are in your setup—such as an iVAC Pro Switch, an iVAC Pro Tool, or other modules.
Having this info ready helps us pinpoint issues right away.
Before you contact support, consider noting:
• Dust collector horsepower & voltage
• Number of tools connected
• Which modules you’re using
• Any recent changes to your setup

Quick Troubleshooting Steps
These simple checks resolve most issues:

Power & Connections
• Ensure all modules are plugged in securely
• Confirm the dust collector’s breaker or switch is on
• Double-check that tools are connected to the correct sensing modules
Wireless Communication
• Make sure modules are set to the same channel
• Avoid placing modules inside fully enclosed metal cabinets
• Check for unusual shop interference (large motors, welders, etc.)
Tool Detection Issues
• Confirm the tool is drawing enough current to be sensed
• If using variable-speed or soft-start tools, reach out—some require special setup

Common How-To Support Requests
Pairing a New Module
Every module includes a pairing button for simple one-step wireless linking.
If needed, we can walk you through pairing with your Pro Switch or Pro Tool sensors.
Expanding Your System
Adding more modules? We can confirm compatibility and recommend placement.
Using Optional Accessories
If you’re adding a remote or automating airflow with an iVAC Automated Blast Gate, we can guide wiring, placement, and programming.
