The iVAC Contactor lets you safely connect high-powered dust

collectors (>9A) to your iVAC Pro System. In larger workshops,

dust collectors can be up to 10 horsepower, and their startup current

can briefly surge 4–10 times the normal operating current. This surge

can over time damage the contacts in a standard iVAC Pro Switch.

The iVAC Contactor handles these high-power demands, keeping

your system safe and reliable.

⚠ Note: The Contactor works only with the iVAC Pro Switch 115V. Do not pair it with a 240V Pro Switch.

WARNING

The iVAC Contactor is designed to work with the iVAC Pro Switch 115V regardless of operating voltage of your dust extractor. Do not order the iVAC Pro Switch 240V with a contactor.

Installation of a contactor should be performed by a certified electrician as it involves custom connections.

How it Works

The iVAC Contactor is a relay between your high-powered dust collector and the iVAC Pro Switch. When your system is turned on the contactor safely handles the high surge of current, ensuring your switch and wiring are protected.

Installation & Compatibility

Must be installed by a certified electrician due to high power connections
Recommended for:
115V dust collectors over 1 HP, <9A
240V dust collectors over 2 HP, <9A
Commercial/industrial units rated up to 10 HP
Works only with iVAC Pro Switch 115V
