In systems with multiple blast gates, at least one gate stays open at all times to maintain proper airflow. The iVAC Pro Automated Blast Gates include an “Always Open” feature that automatically keeps one gate open.

By keeping all other blast gates closed while you’re using a single tool, the system focuses suction where it matters most, reducing airborne dust and making cleanup faster — without adding extra work for you.

How it Works

The iVAC Pro Automated Blast Gate automatically opens when a connected power tool starts and closes when the tool stops. This ensures suction is always directed exactly where you need it.

The system works seamlessly with tools connected to the iVAC Pro Tool Plus or iVAC Pro Tool Advantage. Once signaled, the corresponding blast gate opens and when the tool turns off, the blast gate closes.
