HOW TO GET STARTED
Getting Started with iVAC Dust Collection Automation
Upgrade your workshop with a cleaner, safer, fully automated dust-collection system. Whether you’re running a home shop or a professional workspace, iVAC makes it simple to automate your dust collector and keep your shop dust-free—without extra wiring or complicated setup.

Start with Your Dust Collector
Every iVAC system begins by matching the right control switch to your dust collector.
The iVAC Pro Switch connects directly to your dust collector and handles automatic on/off control.
What we need from you:
• Horsepower (HP) of your dust collector
• Voltage (typically 115V or 240V)
Once we know that, we can recommend the correct Pro Switch model for your setup.

Choose Which Tools You Want to Automate
To automate a tool, simply add a sensor module. The iVAC Pro Tool detects when a machine turns on and instantly triggers your dust collector to start.
Great for:
Table saws • Miter saws • Planers • Jointers • Routers • Sanding stations • And more
You can automate a single tool or your entire shop.

Add Wireless Control (Optional but Popular)
Want to control your dust collector from anywhere in your shop? The iVAC Pro Remote gives you convenient manual on/off control without walking across the room.

Expand Your System Anytime
iVAC is fully modular—start small or go all-in.
You can add components over time, including automated blast gates like the iVAC Automated Blast Gate, which maximize suction and airflow by opening and closing dust lines automatically.
No need to replace anything when your shop grows. Everything communicates wirelessly and integrates seamlessly.
